AIMSTOO · FUTURE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Booking & cancellation
The booking framework AIMSTOO intends to finalise before it begins offering travel services. No bookings or payments are currently available.
PRE-LAUNCH PREVIEW · 2 NOVEMBER 2026
Important — bookings are not open. This website is a pre-launch preview. It does not accept trip enquiries, reservations, booking confirmations, deposits or other payments. The information below describes subjects that must be finalised before AIMSTOO begins taking bookings; it is not a current offer or a customer contract.
When bookings open
AIMSTOO will publish an update when the company is established and the applicable tourism, insurance, customer-protection and operating arrangements are in place. Until then, no itinerary or journey concept shown on this website can be booked.
Future written proposals
Before offering a trip, AIMSTOO expects to prepare a written proposal identifying the proposed services, travel dates, accommodation, transport, guides and activities, inclusions and exclusions, total price, currency, validity period and material seasonal or safety limitations. Supplier arrangements will need to be checked for the actual dates.
Future booking confirmation
A future booking will require the written contract or confirmation prescribed by applicable law. It should clearly state the subject of the trip, quantity and quality of services, price, performance dates, the parties’ responsibilities, and the point at which acceptance becomes effective.
Payments
No payment can be made through this website. Before bookings open, AIMSTOO will establish verified company payment channels and include the payment recipient, currency, any deposit, balance deadline and receipt process in the customer documents. Visitors should not transfer money in connection with any journey idea shown here.
Changes and cancellations
AIMSTOO has not yet published an applicable cancellation schedule, cancellation fees, refund percentages, change charges or refund timelines. These will be prepared in line with supplier commitments and Kyrgyz law and reviewed locally before any booking is accepted.
Seasonal access and safety
Some routes, particularly high-altitude and remote areas such as Song-Kul, depend on season, road access, weather, acclimatisation and local operations. Any future itinerary will need a current suitability check, and the customer contract will explain how material changes are handled.
Medical or accident insurance
Article 13 of the Kyrgyz Republic Law on Tourism states that tourist medical or accident insurance is mandatory and addresses arrangements through authorised national insurance companies. Before accepting bookings, AIMSTOO must confirm the applicable insurance arrangements and clearly explain the policy, covered travellers, coverage period, exclusions and cost in the customer documents.
Complaints and customer support
Official customer-support contacts and a complaint-handling procedure will be published after the company is established. The final booking documents will identify how customers can report a problem during a trip and how complaints will be acknowledged and handled.
